ROUTE

Check out the map below for a detailed look at the Tour de Cookie route. The ride officially starts and stops at the Crossroads District Park. However, as long as you have picked up your packet prior to the event, feel free to enter the route at any convenient and safe location. Cookie stations are strategically placed evenly along the route, so no matter where you jump in, you will find cookies soon enough.

Long, short, whatever you are up for:

Ride from Crossroads Park to Sportsman’s Warehouse for a short ride, for a middle ride, go from Crossroads Park to Sanders and back.

The Marana Rotary's Tour de Cookie is not a race or fixed route, by any means. If you want to ride the whole loop, feel free. If you just want to check out a few cookie stations, ride a few miles, and come back - that's perfectly fine too. There are only two hard and fast rules for this event: be safe and have fun!

Since its inception, the primary objectives of Tour de Cookie are to raise money for local charities while having fun along the way. This is not a competitive bike race, but a bicycle ride with family and friends (aka “Cookie Monsters”) who stop at “Cookie Booths” (local businesses) along the way to “fuel” their ride with all varieties of cookies.

Participants can start the at any point along the route, but we encourage them to consider starting at Crossroads District Park so that they can opt for a shorter loop to the right (to Sportsman’s Warehouse and back) or a longer loop to the left (to Santa Cruz River Trail Park at Sanders Rd and back). Riders can also start at Sportsman’s Warehouse and ride the full length of an “out and back” on the Loop for a total ride of 31 miles.
